Equidale was built with intention — shaped not only by a vision for quality horse care, but by the hands-on work required to bring that vision to life. Much of the development has been completed by us, with careful planning and steady progress guiding each stage. While the facility continues to evolve, its foundation is already defined by thoughtful design, long-term goals, and a commitment to doing things properly.
With over 25 years of experience working with horses, we have a long-standing commitment to thoughtful horsemanship. Having experienced a wide range of boarding environments over the years, we built Equidale to reflect the kind of facility we always wanted for our own horses — private, calm, professionally managed, uncompromising care and free from unnecessary pressure or a program-driven structure. Equidale remains intentionally low-density to ensure these standards are upheld.
Equidale was established in 2015 with a small two-stall barn and two paddocks on our 25-acre property. As the vision grew, so did the infrastructure — a third stall was added, and the original large pasture was thoughtfully divided into three separate paddocks to better support turnout and rotation. In 2017, groundwork began for the current main barn and outdoor ring location, marking the next significant phase of development. While the initial outer walls and roof were professionally erected, much of the remaining work — including metal cladding and interior finishing — was completed by us, reflecting a hands-on investment in the farm’s long-term quality. Over time, five additional paddocks were constructed across the acreage, steadily expanding capacity while maintaining a low-density approach. The outdoor Dressage Ring was completed in 2025, with upgraded fiber footing scheduled for installation in 2026. Looking ahead, future enhancements include a dedicated blanket room, expanded tack room, viewing lounge, and a seating area within the indoor arena — continuing the deliberate and thoughtful evolution of Equidale, one step at a time.

A Private Boarding Approach
Ever wanted to feel like you had your horses at home, where you didn’t have to compete for arena or crosstie time with two dozen other people? Equidale is our home that we are sharing with a select group of boarders who value that same independance and appreciate a calm, drama-free environment.
While predominantly Dressage-focused, our facility is well-equipped to support a variety of other disciplines such as Eventing and Hunter/Jumper. Our small group of boarders have the freedom to work with their own trainers & other professionals, and enjoy unrestricted access to the facilities without conflicting schedules.
